This TOR is to engage one (1) agency resource to work on management reports, presentations, dashboards, and other related IT Governance activities.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Assist in preparing the presentation/documents/reports/dashboards (e.g. ITC materials, MTR Report, annual report, WPBF, work plan).

Conduct analysis on submitted data to assist in getting the most insight out of available data and aid OIST Management in their decision-making process.

Administer, monitor and update the database containing documents and artifacts to be used as an input in preparation for the management dashboards.

Assist in keeping track of OIST Management/ITC decisions and monitor OIST activities to ensure compliance to these decisions.

Prepare draft memoranda and internal correspondence in compliance with the company's standards. Attending regular project meetings create meeting minutes, action list and liaise with staff on relevant issues.

Conduct follow-ups on the appropriate post-meeting action to ensure implementation of decisions arising from meetings.

Document, track and consolidate the Office / Unit achievements. This will be part of the reports submitted to Management.

REPORTING ARRANGEMENT

The IT Governance Analyst will report to the Associate IT Officer (IT Governance) under the Advisor, OIST & Head, OIOD-GP

COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering

Broad range of knowledge of Information and Communications Technology as applied in an enterprise environment

Have considerable knowledge in IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, PMBok, CMMI, Metrics and Scorecard

Must be able to relate to large information-based organizations and comfortable dealing with senior executives from a variety of culture

Ability to understand and relate details of various compliance issues (people, technology, industry best practices, etc.)

Preferably CISA, PMP certified

Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Very attentive to details and methodical with work

Willing to work in a team, with long hours while under pressure

Proficient in MS Office applications and with working knowledge on MS Project
